Holden Kim

Holden Kim graduated from Boston College with a degree in English Literature and studied Public Health at Seoul National University soon after being discharged from active duty as a first lieutenant at Republic of Korea Air Force.

Prior to LabSD, he had been working in the field of global eye health for seven years with Project BOM (Blindness Zero Movement) affiliated with Yonsei University Severance Hospital, which he co-founded in 2011. While implementing various eye health projects in resource limited environment, Holden and his teammates faced various challenges undermining Project BOM's activities, and the quest to find the solution for such challenges was the birth of LabSD.
