Zoltan Acs is the Director and Founder of the Vienna Institute for Global Studies (VIGS) and Professor Emeritus (active) at George Mason University - Schar School of Policy and Government. He is also a visiting professor at Imperial College London. A globally recognised voice in entrepreneurship research and policy, his work has shaped thinking on innovation, urban development, and small business ecosystems.
