Jessica Lichy has a PhD and post-doctoral degree (HDR) in online/digital user behaviour. Passionate for digital, she is full professor at IDRAC Business School (France) and Visiting Professor at University of Sunderland Faculty of Business, Law & Tourism. Research interests include sustainable digital transformation, business modelling, inter-generational and intercultural digital user behaviour, socio-materiality and sociotechnical disparity. Research-in-progress involves examining emerging trends in technology-enhanced living, from a user perspective. Jessica holds positions on editorial boards including Canadian Journal of Administrative Science, International Journal of Organizational Analysis, Journal of Management Development. She is actively involved in organising collaborative academic projects, teaching exchanges and international research conferences.
