Fabrizio Dughiero is a Full Professor of electrical engineering with the University of Padova, Padua, Italy. His scientific work deals with electroheat and the application of induction and RF heating to hyperthermia and industrial processes. He authored or co-authored more than 100 articles. His interests are in numerical methods for electromagnetic and thermal problems and optimization techniques.Mr. Dughiero was a Scientific Secretary and the Organizer of the HES conferences from 1998 to 2016. He teaches "Electromagnetic Processing of Materials" and has been working for many years in the field of Electroheat with special focus on MW and induction Heating problems in different applications (food cooking, industrial processes, biomedicine). He is a supporter of technology transfer in the field of Electroheat and founder of Inovalab a spin-off of Padua University. Currently working in food cooking technologies for professional use in cooperation with main manufacturing companies all over the world.
