Manal EL ABBOUBI is Professor at Mohamed V University, Rabat

Manal EL ABBOUBI is Professor at Mohamed V University, Rabat. She is an associate researcher at Economia, HEM Research Center (Morocco) and EGiD (Studies on Gender and Diversity in Management) at the University of Liège (Belgium). She holds a PhD in economics and management from HEC Business School of the University of Liège (Belgium). His research focuses on corporate social responsibility, diversity management and social innovation. She is Vice President of the Moroccan Observatory of Corporate Social Responsibility and holds a chair on Social Innovations at ECONOMIA, HEM Research Center (Morocco)

With an international academic experience, she has published several scientific works in classified and indexed international journals (M@n@ gement, International Management, Human Resource Management Review, International SME Review, Management and Future, IJBSS), as well as international conferences (Academy of Management, European Academy of Management, EGoS, AGRH ... etc.) as well as books and book chapters. His international experience has led her to occupy several positions: professor at ESC La Rochelle (France), lecturer at ICHEC Brussels Management School (Belgium), post-doc researcher at La Louvain School of Management (Belgium) in which she held the Belgacom Chair in "Leadership and Corporate Social Responsibility" and Visiting Scholar at the University of Quebec in Montreal (Canada).
